Ground:  Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States (including PO Boxes and military addresses) are charged a flat rate of $7.99 per order, and orders over $99.95 receive FREE ground shipping.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are charged a flat rate of $9.99 per order.  Orders are shipped via our Ground carrier and delivered by the US Post Office within 2-6 business days of when you place your order.  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

UPS Shipping Options:   UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available within the 48 contiguous United States and you will be charged $9.99 for UPS 3 Day, $14.99 for UPS 2nd Day Air and $29.99 for UPS Next Day Air.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.  Orders are shipped via UPS and upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

International Orders:  Orders are shipped via Air Mail based on the weight and destination of your shipment. The actual shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.  Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country.  Read International Shipping Restrictions Below.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Checks drawn in US Funds: In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment, so allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

EASY RETURN POLICY:

Please call us during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit.

Credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Orders returned without authorization are subject to 15% restock fee.

BACK ORDERS:

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

1) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions , or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

2) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country.

3) If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges.

4) The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package plus a $7.50 international processing fee. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.  Email us about the products you are interested in buying for an approximate shipping cost.

5) Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.

6) The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
